OMT of Hunt Valley is the leading provider in myofunctional therapy services in the Northern Baltimore region. We assess patients of all ages and treat our patients with individualized quality care. We feel that treating patients as a whole is accomplished by collaborating with allied professionals to find the root cause of each patient's struggle.

Our Philosophy

Improving the health and well-being of our patients is our mission. While everyone's myofunctional journey looks different, we all share the same need...to feel and look our best! Discovering the root cause of orofacial or airway dysfunction is at the top of the totem pole for us. From there, we are able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal care and correct the dysfunction that is present.

Meet your Myofunctional Therapist

Jessica McIntyre, RDH, BSDH, COM®, QOM®
Jessica graduated in 2010 from The University of Maryland School of Dentistry with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Over the last 15 years, Jessica has found herself always reaching to help patients in a more profound way. Starting as a dental assistant, she wanted to be more hands on which lead her to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. A decade later, she found herself wanting more and pursued the goal of becoming a myofunctional therapist. After completing her coursework in myofunctional therapy, she decided to go the extra mile to reach international certification. Jessica holds the title of Certified Orofacial Myologist through the International Association of Orofacial Myology and Qualified Orofacial Myologist through Neo-Health Services. Jessica's goal is to help patients achieve proper function of their orofacial musculature & to bring awareness to the airway issues that are so often under diagnosed.
